Toby O'Keefe

Toby recently completed an MRes in Bioinformatics and Theoretical Systems Biology at Imperial College London, where he worked on reconstructing 3D cell shapes from single-molecule imaging data.

He previously earned a BSc in Mathematics from Durham University and spent a summer at the Population Health Sciences Institute at Newcastle University, evaluating outcome measures in intervention trials. His research interests span computational biology and statistics.

Beyond his studies, he enjoys spending time outdoors and drinking coffee—preferably at the same time.
