Postdoctoral Researcher

I am a researcher  within the Wearables Group at the Big Data Institute and Nuffield Department of Population Health at the University of Oxford. My research focuses on sleep and health, particularly assessment of sleep behaviours using wearable devices.

Before joining the Wearables group at Oxford in 2024, I worked as a Research Associate at the University of Leicester, where my research focused on measurement of sleep using wearable devices and 24-hour physical behaviours, examining their association with various health outcomes. I completed my PhD in 2021 which explored the interplay between physical activity and sleep and their impact on glycaemic control.
