Postdoctoral Researcher

Shang-Kuan (Steven) Lin is currently a postdoctoral researcher in Professor Aiden Doherty's group at the University of Oxford, funded by Novo Nordisk.

The group specialises in using accelerometer data to derive epidemiological and genomic research. Steven’s current research focuses on linking genomics, human behavior, and disease outcomes.

Steven completed his DPhil in Genomic Medicine and Statistics at the University of Oxford in 2022. His research during the DPhil concentrated on the genomic study of infectious diseases, examining both the human host and the pathogen.
