I am a computational biologist with a focus on cancer genomics. My research aims to understand how cell-intrinsic processes lead to cancer initiation.
We leverage the many existing genomic data sets generated globally to identify new relationships between molecular processes and mutagenesis. We
also work closely with experimental groups in Oxford and beyond to test our hypotheses experimentally, and help other groups to maximise the use of
the data they generate. As such, my group has for example developed tools to analyse single-cell transcriptomics data and developed
