Senior Postdoctoral Researcher in Biostatistics: Statistical Machine Learning and Omics Analysis

Konstantin is a senior postdoctoral researcher at the Big Data Institute and the Department of Statistics, currently focusing on methods development with applications to biomedical data as part of the IL17 project. He received his PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Toronto, Canada in 2017, specializing in methods for analysis of microbiome and ecological community data. He subsequently worked in arthritis research, implementing analyses of metabolomic and miRNA signature data and more recently worked on applications of longitudinal models to study temporal effects of polygenic risk scores.
